Under 40s can get AstraZeneca in major change to program

Anyone under the age of 40 can now approach their GP and request the AstraZenca COVID-19 vaccine. Pfizer remains the recommended jab for under 60s, due to the small risk of rare blood clotting cases linked to the AstraZenca shot.
