How To Make Gujarati Muthia in 10 mins |Lauki Muthia | Popular Gujarati Snack Recipe.

INGREDIENTS:-
- 2 cup of wheat flour
- 1/2 cup gram flour
- 1/2 cup semolina (Suji)
- 1 cup grated bottle gourd ( lauki )
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves
- salt to taste

For Tadka:
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 green Chilli

Method:
- Boil a pot of water and over it place the greased sieve on the top and cover it with a lid
- In a bowl mix together wheat flour, semolina (Suji), gram flour, grated bottle gourd ( lauki ), coriander leaves, red chili powder
, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and salt
- Apply oil to your palm and make cylindrical roll of the dough and place it on the steamer and let it steam for 10-15 minutes
- Let them cool down completely and then chop them into thin slices
- Heat some oil, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, green chilies and add the muthia and toss them up. Let them cook for 3-4 minutes Garnish with coriander leaves
- Muthia is ready to be served!
