Mpumalanga Premier Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane is at the Witbank Technical high school in Emalahleni. She's visiting the school after an issue of racial tensions was reported at the school. Parents came to blows with each other on Monday over an earlier incident that occurred between students last week.
