Rajasthan High Court released five men on July 23 after they had spent 23 years in jail over a crime they did not commit. Ali Bhat and four others were acquitted by the Court due to a lack of evidence proving conspiracy in the 1996 Samleti Blast Case. Bhat visited his parents grave in Srinagar after reaching his home in Kashmir.
