he Rajasthan High Court division bench, that was hearing a petition filed by former deputy chief minister Sachin Pilot’s camp against the disqualification notices issued to them, directed the state Assembly Speaker not to take any action on the rebel MLAs till Tuesday 5.30 pm. The court said it would resume the hearing on Monday 10 am. The Speaker was expected to take up the matter at 5 pm today.

राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट में कांग्रेस के बागी विधायकों की याचिका पर सुनवाई पूरी हो गई. इस मामले में अब अगली सुनवाई अब सोमवार 20 जुलाई को सुबह दस बजे होगी. इस बीच हाई कोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला सुनाते हुए मंगलवार शाम पांच बजे तक बागी विधायकों पर कार्रवाई पर रोक लगा दी है. यानी 21 जुलाई शाम पांच बजे तक विधानसभा स्पीकर बागी विधायकों पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं करेंगे. कांग्रेस के असंतुष्ट विधायकों को भेजे गए नोटिस पर अध्यक्ष की कार्रवाई मंगलवार शाम तक के लिए टाली गई.
