US coin sells for record $18.87 mn at Sotheby's auction

A single gold coin has sold at auction for a record $18.87 mn. The one-of-a-kind coin from 1933, and the "rarest stamp" in the world were part of Sotheby's sale of rare treasures, and were expected to break new records.
