Racism at work impacts he economy

The alleged racism fallout between Eskom CEO André de Ruyter and former procurement boss Solly Tshitangano is a mirror image of what happens in many offices around the country. This is according to Economist Xhanti Payi. De Ruyter has since being cleared of any racism, while Tshitangano got the boot from the power utility.
