Oil - 1/4 cup Cumin - 1 tsp Bay leave - 2 Cinnamon - 1 stick Black cardamon - 1 Green Cardamon - 1 Star anise - 1 Black peppercone - 6 Onion - 2 sliced Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp Tomato - 2 Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp (roasted and crushed) Fennel seed/saunf powder - 1 tbsp Salt - as per taste Chana dal - 1 cup (soaked for 2-3 hr) Basmati rice - 500g (soaked for 30min) Coriander leaves - 2 tbs Mint leaves - few Water - 2 to 3 cups
