देशभर Corona epidemic को देखते हुए केन्द्र और राज्यों ने Lockdown लागू कर रखा है। ऐसे में Rohini Sector 13 में रहने वाले वरिष्ठ नागरिक Ram naiyar कोरोना नियमों की वजह से अपनी पौती का Birthday मनाने के लिए उसके पास नहीं जा पाए। जिसके बाद Delhi Police ने ईस्ट ऑफ कैलाश में Cake और Gifts भेजकर छोटी बच्ची का Birthday मनाया ।
