While there is constant tension between the people of two communities in the country, on the other hand, a three and a half year old girl of a Tamil Nadu couple has got a 'No Religion, No Caste' certificate. After getting the certificate of No Religion, No Caste, this girl has been separated from caste, religion.

जहां एक तरफ देश में दो समुदाय के लोगों के बीच लगातार तनाव बना हुआ है वही दूसरी तरफ तमिलनाडु की दपंति की साढ़े तीन साल की बच्ची विल्मा को 'नो रिलीजन, नो कास्ट' सर्टिफिकेट मिला है। नो रिलीजन, नो कास्ट का सर्टिफिकेट हासिल करने के बाद ये बच्ची जाति, धर्म से अलग हो गई है।
