Ingredients
For chicken: Chicken - 500g boneless (cut into thin strip) Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Soy sauce - 1 tsp Green chilli sauce - 1 tbsp Vinegar - 1 tsp Cornflour - 2 tbsp Refined flour or maida - 3 tbsp Egg - 1 Oil - for deep frying
For sauce base: Schezwan sauce - 2 tbsp Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp Soy sauce - 1 tbsp Vinegar - 1 tsp Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - to taste Cornflour - 1 tbsp Water - 1/2 cup
For Crispy Chicken: Oil - 4 tbsp Garlic - 2 tbsp chopped Ginger - 1 tbsp chopped Green chilli - 5 to 6 Spring onions - 1/4 cup Onion - 1 sliced Capsicum - 1 sliced Chinese salt - 1 tsp Chicken cube - 1 Spring onion leaves - 2 tbsp
