Crispy Chicken Cheese Fingers Recipe

Ingredients

For stuffing:
Oil - 3 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp chopped
Chicken - 200g boiled and shredded
Capsicum - 1 chopped
Black pepper - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Italian seasoning or mixed herbs - 1 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Dark soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp
Cheese - 1/2 cup

For slurry:
Maida or refined flour - 6 tbsp
Water - 12 tbsp
Salt - a pinch

Other ingredients:
Bread crumbs - for coating
Oil - for deep frying
