After overwhelming the health infrastructure in cities and towns across states, Covid-19 is spreading into the rural areas. Uttar Pradesh on Monday recorded 21,331 new Covid-19 cases that took its tally to 15,24,767 while 278 fatalities pushed the death toll to 15,742.
