The Speaker, Premchand Aggarwal, who is also the BJP MLA from Rishikesh, had come to inaugurate the centre at Government Primary School for the inoculation of the 18-44 age group and was allegedly posing for pictures even as people waited outside. As the MLA arrived 2 hours late, people waiting for their jab chanted slogans against the him. Watch the video.
