Indian Air Force step up efforts to ferry oxygen amid Covid crisis

As the nation continues to grapple with a massive Covid-19 crisis, the Indian Air Force (IAF) have increased their efforts to expedite the supply of medical oxygen.
The IAF's C-17 Globemaster has carried out 400 sorties from within the country. These include 351 sorties to airlift 252 oxygen tankers with a total capacity of 4,904 metric tonnes (MT).
