People still refuse to wear masks amid Covid surge in India

As Covid cases surge in India and the country faces a shortage of essentials like medical oxygen, there are still some people who are refusing to adhere to Covid protocol and wear their masks. While the police is doing their duty, some people are arguing with them when asked to wear masks.
