Locals were seen flouting Covid-19 SOPs in West Bengal’s North 24 Parganas. A huge crowd was seen at wholesale vegetable market and fish market in Panpur on morning of Apr 21. With no social distancing, no mask, locals were seen at the market. On Apr 20, West Bengal reported over 9,000 cases in a day.
