Supreme Court का राज्यों को निर्देश, Migrant Children की स्थिति की दें जानकारी | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Supreme Court, while hearing a petition on Tuesday, directed all the states to give information about the number and status of migrant children, as well as to provide information about the facilities provided to them by the states. In fact, the petition has sought to issue guidelines for the protection of the fundamental rights of migrant children in the midst of the corona epidemic.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मंगलवार को एक याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए सभी राज्यों को निर्देश दिया कि वे प्रवासी बच्चों की संख्या और उनकी स्थिति के बारे में जानकारी दें,इसके साथ ही राज्यों के द्वारा इन्हें क्या सुविधाएं दी गई हैं इसके बारे में भी जानकारी देने का कहा गया है।दरअसल, याचिका में कोरोना महामारी के बीच प्रवासी बच्चों के मौलिक अधिकारों की सुरक्षा के लिए दिशा निर्देश जारी करने की मांग की गई है.
