Amidst the epidemic of corona virus, the Supreme Court has given 15 days time to the Center and States to send migrant laborers to their places. Hearing the petition related to the case of migrant laborers, the apex court said that we will issue some instructions in this regard. We will give 15 days time to all the migrants for transportation. Along with this, tell on all the state records how they will provide employment and other types of relief. The court also said that the registration of migrants should be done.

कोरोना वायरस की महामारी के बीच सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र और राज्‍यों को प्रवासी मजदूरों को उनके स्‍थानों पर भेजने के लिए 15 दिन का वक्‍त दिया है. प्रवासी मजदूरों के मामले से जुड़ी याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए शीर्ष अदालत ने कहा कि हम इस संबंध में कुछ निर्देश जारी करेंगे. हम सभी प्रवासियों को परिवहन के लिए 15 दिन का समय देंगे. इसके साथ ही सभी राज्य रिकॉर्ड पर बताएं कि वे कैसे रोजगार और अन्य प्रकार की राहत प्रदान करेंगे.कोर्ट ने इसके साथ ही कहा कि प्रवासियों का पंजीकरण होना चाहिए.
