Praise the Lord!! Used four 10' long 1/2" ID pvc with 5kg plates attached at each end via Mini Bands from Jump Stretch who created the training bands sold by so many others today. This lift has 8 legs so l'm call this the Baddy Long Legs. God Bless!!
