The FIR has names of Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, BJP National President JP Nadda, State BJP President Ranjit Kumar Das.

असम में पहले चरण का चुनाव खत्म हो गया है. अब दूसरे चरण के लिए राजनीतिक दलों ने पूरी ताकत झोंक दी है. आरोप प्रत्यारोप का दौर जारी है. इस बीच असम में कांग्रेस पार्टी ने बीजेपी पर आचार संहिता के उल्लंघन का आरोप लगाते हुए दिसपुर थाने में FIR दर्ज कराई है। इस एफआईआर में मुख्यमंत्री सर्बानंद सोनोवाल, बीजेपी राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा, प्रदेश बीजेपी अध्यक्ष रंजीत कुमार दास का नाम शामिल है।
