Tajuddin: It's okay if you're not chosen as a candidate, can be a senator

Umno's election director for the 15th General Election Tajuddin Abdul Rahman told the party's Puteri wing today not to worry if they are not chosen as candidates by the party to contest in the election, because they could be appointed as senators.

He added that a senator's duty would be easier because they won't have a constituency to look after.
