Concerns over number of homes built near flood plains

The flooding in NSW has raised questions about the number of homes built on or near flood plains. Professor Elizabeth Mossop is Dean of the School of Design, Architecture and Building at UTS, Sydney and she says more thought needs to go into planning for housing, including changing existing structures.
