Centre asks states to increase interval between 2 doses of Covishield to 6-8 weeks

In a guideline, Centre on Monday asked states and the Union Territories to increase the interval between two doses of Covishield vaccine from 28 days to six-eight weeks.

Centre said that the immunity is enhanced if the second dose of Covishield is administered after six-eight weeks instead of the current 28 days’ gap. Watch the video to know more.
