Amid the escalating COVID-19 situation in the Philippines, tourism has dropped, and the culinary community on the island of Siargao was not spared from the resulting economic crisis. However, Chef Andrew Malarky of Wild Restaurant and his team knew that the locals and stranded tourists still needed to be fed, and fed well.
