The dragon has been very upset since the way the four-nation quad summit has been strategized on China. The first meeting of the MAN QUAD countries may have drawn concerns on China's foreheads. Talking about the issues raised in China, China said that the countries involved in the quad should talk on mutual understanding, cooperation and exchange and not target any third party.
