Rajab Special Meethi Tikiya Recipe
Today I am sharing a special recipe of Meethi Tikiya. It is made during month of Rajab which is accompanied with Kheer. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.
Ingredients:
Refined flour/maida - 2 cups
Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
Semolina/suji - 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds - 3 tbsp
Dessicated coconut - 1/3 cup
Cardamon powder - 1 tsp
Clarified butter/Ghee - 4 tbsp
Warm milk/water - 1/2 cup
Clarified butter/ghee - for frying
