The court has asked to file a second supplementary charge sheet. A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court demanding that the case be investigated by the cbi. महाराष्ट्र के पालघर जिले में पिछले साल अप्रैल में दो साधुओं समेत तीन लोगों की भीड़ द्वारा हत्या के मामले में सुनवाई दो हफ्ते के लिए टाल दिया है,बुधवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनवाई करते हुए महाराष्ट्र सरकार से फिर से चार्जशीट पेश करने को कहा है।कोर्ट ने दूसरी सप्लीमेंट्री चार्जशीट दाखिल करने को कहा है. मामले की जांच cbi से करवाए जाने की मांग को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की गई है. बता दें कि पालघर में हुई साधुओं की निर्मम हत्या के मामले की सुनवाई सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चल रही है.
