Palghar Lynching: Supreme Court ने Maharashtra Govt से मांगी स्‍टेटस रिपोर्ट | वनइंडिया हिंदी

In the Palghar lynching case of Maharashtra, the Supreme Court has asked the state government to file a status report on the investigation. The Supreme Court has refused to ban the investigation at present. The petition demanded the withdrawal of the investigation from the state CID questioning the role of the police. Which the Supreme Court has refused to accept. The next hearing of the case will be held after four weeks.

महाराष्ट्र के पालघर में दो साधुओं की निर्मम हत्या के मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राज्य सरकार से जांच को लेकर स्टेटस रिपोर्ट दाखिल करने को कहा है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फिलहाल जांच पर रोक लगाने से इनकार कर दिया है. याचिका में पुलिस की भूमिका पर सवाल उठाते हुए राज्य सीआईडी से जांच वापस लेने की मांग की गई थी. जिसको सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मानने से इनकार कर दिया है. मामले की अगली सुनवाई चार हफ्ते बाद होगी.
