नेशनल हेराल्ड केस में सोनिया गांधी और राहुल गांधी की मुश्किलें बढ़ सकती हैं। दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने सोमवार को हुई सुनवाई में दोनों नेताओं को नोटिस जारी किया है। सोनिया गांधी और राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ भाजपा सांसद सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने याचिका दायर की है। याचिका में विभिन्न दस्तावेजों और गवाहों को बुलाने के बारे में ट्रायल कोर्ट के आदेश को चुनौती दी गई है। 12 अप्रैल को मामले की अगली सुनवाई होगी।
