Prime Minister Narendra Modi lauded India’s judiciary and the legal framework and said it has succeeded in upholding and safeguarding the citizens’ rights and also the national interest. PM Modi has said the judiciary has performed its duty well and that the Supreme Court has conducted the highest number of hearings via video-conferencing in the world during the Covid-9 pandemic.
