Covid-19: 4,571 new cases, 17 deaths

The Health Ministry today reported 4,571 new cases and 17 deaths.
New cases in Sabah - the epicenter of Covid-19 cases late last year - continues to be on a downward trajectory (175) since Jan 23.
Johor, Kuala Lumpur and Selangor are still on an upward trend since the start of the movement control order (Jan 13). Trends are less clear for other regions.
The scheduled Covid-19 media briefing by the Health Ministry today was cancelled for reasons unknown.
