Law and Parliamentary Affairs Minister in the Karnataka government, JC Madhuswamy was seen abusing an AEE (Assistant Executive Engineer) engineer during a meeting in the Tumkur district on Thursday. Madhuswamy, who lost his cool during the meet, yelled at the official saying, "I will kick you so hard that you will not know where you will fall, rascal!" The opposition in the state was quick to condemn the incident and sought an apology from Madhuswamy. Karnataka Congress working president Saleem Ahmed said, "It is unfortunate that a minister has made such a statement. This brings down the morale of officials."
