Badaun incident may not have happened had victim not ventured out alone in evening: NCW member

A National Commission for Women (NCW) member Chandramukhi, who met the family members of the 50-year-old woman who was allegedly gang-raped and murdered in Badaun, said the incident may not have happened had she not ventured out alone in the evening.
