Low Buck Hub Lifting

Low Buck Starter for Hub Lifting!! I'm using Spinlock style collars in both Exercise Set & Olympic Set sizes. When you look these up, you'll see two different styles. I'm using the ones with wing nuts. I'm using a loading pin(dumbbell handle will also work) and a sleeve off an old barbell(pipe could be also used). Not sure what used prices are right now but, they should be relatively cheap. I'm sure some of you already have access to the Olympic one which will most likely be closer to the size of Hubs you graduate into should you decide to buy some Deep Dish plates. The wing nuts are to compress springs that force the pieces apart so, depending on how worn the springs are, you may have to overcome some spring pressure just to get a good bite into the pipe/sleeve/pin. Remember, this is just gonna introduce you to some Hub Deadlifting. IF you are going to get serious about Hub Lifting, you'll want to be able to do Cleans, Snatches, Swings, Kickbacks, Curls by the Hub whiiiiich means getting some Deep Dish plates!! I hope this is simple & straightforward enough! God Bless!!!
