Hayerabadi sheer khurma

Ingredients,

Ghee(clarified butter)1tbs
Chuwaray (dry dates) soaked 1hour 10-12
Badam( almonds) soaked and peeled12-15
Kaju (cashew nuts) crushed 8-10
Pista ( Pistachio ) Crushed 8-10
Ghee 1tbs
Sawaiyan (Fine Vermicelli ) crushed 1/3 cup
Doodh ( full cream milk ) 3 liter
Cheeni ( sugar ) 1 cup or to tast
Hari Elaichi powder (green cardamom powder)1/4 tsp

Directions :
In pot add milk bring it to boil,cook until milk is 1/2 reduced and keep stirring in between.
In frying pan add ghee and let it melt,add dry dates and fry for 1-2 minutes ,add cashews,almonds and pistachios fry for 1-2 minutes and set aside.
In frying pan add ghee and let it melt,add Vermicelli and fry until golden brown (2-3) minutes and set aside.
In milk add Vermicelli and fried nuts mix well and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
Add cardamom powder mix well cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Can be served warm or chilled .

Pista :8-10 addad
Kaju :8-10 addad

Doodh : 3 LITER
Cheeni : 1 cup ya hasb e zaroorat
Choti elaichi ka powder :1/4 chai ka chamach

Aik bartan men doodh dal ker itni fair tak Pakayn k adha reh jay waqfy waqfy sy chamach chamach chalaty rahen jab tak doodh pakta hy aik pan men ghee dal ker chuwaray 1-2 minutes k liya bhoon len phir badam pista aur kaju dal ker 2-3 min k liya bhoon ker aik side py rakh den isi tarah sawaiyan bhe bhoon ker aik side py rakh den jab doodh garha ho chuka tou sawaiyan aur dosry bhoony howy dry fruits dal ker achi tarah mix kren aur cheeni dal ker halki aanch per 10-15 minutes k liya pakayn phir elaichi powder dal ker dhak den 2 minute paka ker flame band ker den aur 10 minute k liya dum py chore den.
