INGREDIENTS FOR EID SPECIAL SHEER KHURMA RECIPE
1. Milk (दूध) – 2 Liters
2. Chironji (चिरोंजी) – 2 TBsp
3. Cashew Nuts (काजू) – 2 TBsp
4. Pistachios (पिस्ता) – 1 to 2 TBsp
5. Dried Dates (छुआरा) – 2 TBsp (Soak in water overnight, then slice)
6. Raisins (किशमिश) – 2 TBsp
7. Almonds (बादाम) – 2 TBsp (Soak in water overnight, then peel and slice)
8. Desi Ghee – 4 TBsp
9. Green Cardamom Powder (छोटी इलाइची पाउडर) – 1/2 Tsp
10. Sweetened Condensed Milk – 400 Grams
