Scottish seafood exporter James Cook says he expects a the devolved nation to break away from the United Kingdom in the near future. He says business like his have been feeling completely conflicted about their place in the UK and feel ignored by the Westminster government during discussions over a post-Brexit trade deal with the European Union.
