Delhiites woke up to a cold winter morning on Wednesday after icy winds blowing from snow-covered western Himalayas brought the minimum temperature down to 4.1 degrees Celsius on Tuesday. This was the lowest in the city this season so far, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court will today hear two PILs concerning the farmers' protests today. While one of them seeks direction for the Centre to consider the demands of farmers, another one calls for removing farmers' from blocking border points.
