पाकिस्तान के पूर्व कप्तान और खिलाड़ी शाहिद अफरीदी का गुस्सा फूट पड़ा है. शाहिद अफरीदी ने न्यूज चैनलों पर जमकर भड़ास निकाली है. अपनी बेटी को लेकर उड़ रहे अफवाहों पर अफरीदी ने बड़ा बयान दिया है. अफरीदी के मुताबिक लोग अफवाह उड़ा रहे हैं कि उनकी बेटी बीमार है और हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती हैं. पाकिस्तानी टीवी चैनल जियो टीवी के मुताबिक अफरीदी ने इस मुद्दे पर नाराजगी जताते हुए कहा है कि सोशल मीडिया का इस्तेमाल करने वालों को ज्यादा जिम्मेदार होने की जरूरत है और वो ऐसी झूठी खबरें न फैलाएं. उन्होंने कहा कि उनकी बेटी बीमार नहीं है.

Former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi left the Lanka Premier League (LPL) 2020 midway due to a 'personal emergency' on Tuesday, bringing his stint with Galle Gladiators to a halt although he plans to return after dealing with the situation. Though no official word has come from either the player or the franchise over what sort of a personal emergency Afridi has had to deal with, certain rumours of his daughter being hospitalised have surfaced. On Wednesday, a picture on social media surfaced showing one of Afridi's daughters being in the hospital.
