Delhi Covid situation remains grim; CBI held ex-Karnataka minister Roshan Baig in IMA ponzi scam case; more

The situation in the National Capital remained grim as more than 121 coronavirus deaths have been reported in Delhi in the last 24 hours. So far, 8,391 people have died from Covid-19 in the Capital. The number of Covid-19 cases reported in the last 24 hours is 6,746, and the total number reported till date is 5,29,863. Meanwhile, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested former Congress minister and ex-MLA, Roshan Baig, on Saturday in connection to the Rs 4,000 crore I-Monetary Advisory (IMA) ponzi scam. Baig, a disqualified member of Congress, has been sent to a 14-day judicial custody after being questioned by the agency in connection with the scam case. Watch First Up for more.
