Corona 3rd Wave : Will we fight Corona's third wave like this?

Experts are warning about the third wave of Corona. There is a possibility of a third wave in many cities of the country including Delhi. From PM Narendra Modi to doctors, health workers, police-administration etc are constantly advising to put on masks and maintain social distancing, but people do not follow even these guidelines. So the question arises whether we will fight the third wave of Corona like this?
