According to NBC News, donaldjtrump.com
was hacked Tuesday night.
A message was displayed demanded cryptocurrency in exchange for either holding or releasing potentially discrediting information about the president and his family.
According to Tim Murtaugh, a spokesman
for the Trump campaign, .
the "website was defaced and we are working with law enforcement authorities to investigate the source of the attack.".
