Delhi is facing a double whammy of a massive spike in pollution and surging Covid-19 cases. With the raging farm fires in the neighbouring states and a fall in wind speed and temperatures, air quality in Delhi continues to deteriorate. The national capital recorded its air quality in the 'Very Poor' category on Friday morning. Areas like Anand Vihar, RK Puram, Dwarka were among the 'Sever' category. The neighbouring cities of Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Faridabad also recorded Very Poor to Severe category AQI.
