Actress Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel, who were summoned by the Bandra Police on October 26-27 to record their statements in connection with a sedition case, will not be attending the proceedings. Kangana's lawyer, Rizwan Siddiquee, has sent a reply to the police station stating that the sisters are in Himachal Pradesh where they are busy with wedding of their younger brother.
