The Communist Party of India (Marxist) will support the DMK candidate N. Marudu Ganesh in R.K. Nagar Election. State secretary, G. Ramakrishnan, told reporters that the committee had decided to support the DMK candidate “from outside” to defeat the AIADMK and the BJP, which were two sides of a coin. However, the party it will not have any electoral alliance with the DMK.
