Maharashtra govt withdraws general consent to CBI

Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has withdrawn the order that gives consent to the Centreal Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to conduct investigation in the state. However, the order also clarified that this will not have any impact the probe agency's ongoing investigation. Now, CBI will need permission from the state government to probe in any new cases, unless its a court order. For more, watch the full video.
