Outdoor gatherings and travel limit eased from 11.59pm tonight

Victoria's Premier has announced easing of restrictions for metropolitan Melbourne that'll be effective from 11.59pm tonight. Victorians will need to wait until November 1 to take the rest of the third step of the roadmap recovery plan.
