Ram Vilas Paswan, the founder of Lok Janshakti Party, a strong leader and Union Minister, will be cremated with full state honors in Patna today. Union Law and Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad will represent the Central Government in the last rites to be held in Patna. Paswan's body will be brought to Janardan Ghat (Digha) from Krishna Puri, his residence in Patna at 12.30 pm today, after which he will be cremated. He breathed his last on Thursday evening.

लोक जनशक्ति पार्टी के संस्थापक, कद्दावर नेता और केंद्रीय मंत्री रहे राम विलास पासवान का अंतिम संस्‍कार आज पटना में पूरे राजकीय सम्‍मान के साथ किया जाएगा।केंद्रीय कानून एवं विधि मंत्री रविशंकर प्रसाद पटना में होने वाले अंतिम संस्कार में केंद्र सरकार का प्रतिनिधित्व करेंगे. पासवान का पार्थिव शरीर आज दोपहर 12.30 बजे उनके पटना के निवास स्थान कृष्णा पुरी से जनार्दन घाट (दीघा) लाया जाएगा जिसके बाद उनका अंतिम संस्कार किया जाएगा. उन्होंने गुरुवार शाम अंतिम सांस ली थी.
