The Hurricane Sally in Pensacola, Florida, left the streets flooded with water. A group of people inside a car observed a few vehicles struggling to make their way across a patch of waterlogged road. One of the vehicles was stuck midway, while two SUVs submerged half in the water, made their way out with difficulty.
